Pre-Season Training for 2010  Has Started

Pre-season training is on every Tuesday and Thursday. Meet at the Clubrooms - Lakeside Drive, Albert Park Lake at 6:15pm.

New Players Welcome for all teams: First Grade, Second Grade, Third Grade, Womens and Colts.

Oscar Carlson will be taking the players for fitness training during the preseason with our head coaches concentrating on skills development. Oscar is a Level Two; pending Level Three accredited triathlon coach, swim coach and has 40 years experience dealing with the needs of athletes in Surf Life Saving (Club Captain - Pro Lifeguard - Phillip Island), Basketball (Country Victorian Champions, Captain - Coach), Rugby Union (Premiership player at Power House, State Junior Coach for 8 years), Netball.

 All Participants (Players, Coaches, Match Officials, Club Volunteers/Officials, etc) must be registered with the ARU in order to obtain coverage under the ARU National Insurance Scheme.

Information 

 

·        Rugby Union is a great way to develop your ball handling and tackling skills. Plus its loads of fun!

·        Boys & Girls all welcome with mixed teams from Under 8’s (non tackle) to Under 12 and Boys only from Under 14 to Under 18.

·        Free sausage sizzle on Registration day

·        Season subscriptions are $85 per player up to a maximum of $220 per family  (inclu. Playing jersey provided, VRU Insurance, Training Equipment, Ground fees)
